Specialist – Commercial Planning & Operations

About the role

The Specialist – Commercial Planning & Operations will support the organisation’s commercial coordination, business planning and performance monitoring. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure budgeting, reporting and operational processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, planning and operational coordination activities.
• Assist in preparing commercial and operational performance reports.
• Monitor business performance indicators and contribute to management reporting.
• Support costing, pricing coordination and budget tracking processes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on planning and operational follow‑up.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and drive process efficiencies.
• Assist with project coordination, expansion planning and related reporting.
• Maintain organised documentation, reporting records and performance data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Management or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in commercial coordination, operations support, business planning, HR coordination or reporting functions.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and functions.
