Supply Chain Specialist – Aviation Maintenance Support

About the role

Boeing is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support airline customers on‑site, ensuring that all materials required for maintenance and defect resolution are available according to schedule. The role involves close collaboration with multiple internal teams to deliver cost‑effective material availability while maintaining high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational supply chain matters for the customer.
• Manage ordering, shipments, and the exchange/unserviceable return cycle for parts used in regular and heavy check maintenance.
• Coordinate inventory replenishment at the customer site, ensuring alignment with contracts and accurate system records.
• Resolve issues related to damaged or uncertified parts arriving at customer stores.
• Lead large‑scale projects, handling timeline, budget, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for supply chain performance.
• Participate in customer reporting meetings and act as backup for on‑site tactical activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supply chain function.
• At least 1 year of project leadership experience.
• Experience in the aviation industry, preferably commercial.
