Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

Sinan Advanced Industries is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to support procurement, inventory planning, logistics and supplier coordination. The successful candidate will help ensure that materials are available when needed, purchase orders and shipments are tracked, and supply‑chain issues are resolved before they impact production.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end supply‑chain activities, including procurement, inventory planning, logistics and supplier follow‑up.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain sufficient stock and minimise shortages or excess.
• Track purchase orders, supplier confirmations, shipments and delivery schedules.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery and escalate at‑risk deliveries.
• Work with logistics providers on transportation, customs clearance and delivery arrangements.
• Review production requirements and demand forecasts to support material planning.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory and delivery records in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Finance and Sales to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Support supplier evaluation, sourcing activities and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Assist in preparing supply‑chain reports, inventory analysis and performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Zero to three years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or inventory management.
• Recent graduates with relevant internships, academic projects or practical experience are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Experience using SAP or another ERP system (preferred).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, filters, PivotTables and lookup functions.
