TA Representative

About the role

The TA Representative will support Novartis headquarters by executing field tactics for priority brands within an assigned territory in Oman. The role focuses on high‑quality engagement with healthcare professionals, delivering compliant product promotion and gathering market insights to inform strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Execute data‑driven field engagement and deliver tailored omnichannel interactions using digital tools.
• Promote products in compliance with brand strategy, therapeutic area priorities, and local regulations.
• Communicate clinical evidence, product value, and appropriate use to healthcare professionals.
• Leverage “next best action” insights and digital platforms to maximize engagement impact.
• Capture and share field insights on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally while ensuring full compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Degree or relevant education in a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of the Oman market (preferred).
• Proven track record of successful performance in a similar role.
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to engage external stakeholders and manage relationships.
