Technical Delivery & Application Project Manager – SQL, .NET/Java

About the role

This position is responsible for leading technical delivery and application projects for banking clients in Oman. The role combines strong hands‑on development experience with senior‑level project and stakeholder management to ensure solutions meet architectural standards and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development and implementation of cross‑functional, multi‑platform applications.
• Collaborate with technology leads, enterprise architects and vendors to define final technical solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery schedules, ensuring alignment with CAB processes and deployment plans.
• Conduct effort estimations, impact analysis of requirement changes, and risk mitigation planning.
• Coordinate system integration testing, SIT activities and ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain compliance with InfoSec and infrastructure approvals.
• Prepare weekly status reports and drive communication with project managers, business analysts and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong background in hands‑on coding/development (C#.NET, Java, Web Services).
• Proven experience in technical project management or delivery lead roles.
• Extensive experience in the banking domain.
• Ability to manage vendors, stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
