Technical Delivery Lead – ATM, Cards and Switch Systems

About the role

The Technical Delivery Lead will own end‑to‑end delivery of change initiatives across the bank’s card and payment ecosystem, including ATM platforms, card switch, CMS, card schemes, OmanNet, payment gateways and POS integrations. You will be responsible for translating business, regulatory and scheme requirements into technical designs and ensuring successful go‑live and handover to production support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery from solution design through production rollout for ATM platform upgrades, card switch enhancements, CMS changes, and new payment capabilities.
• Manage the CTB delivery roadmap, ensuring alignment with the bank’s cards and payments strategy and compliance with architecture, security, regulatory and scheme rules.
• Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, internal infrastructure, security teams and business stakeholders to execute SIT, UAT, scheme certifications and production deployments.
• Oversee technical risk, dependency and issue management across all CTB initiatives and ensure complete documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Support post‑implementation stabilization, UAT planning, defect analysis and formal change‑management processes.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of banking IT experience with proven delivery of ATM, card switch and CMS initiatives.
• Strong background in platform upgrades, regulatory and scheme‑mandated changes, and new payment/acquiring capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑vendor integrations, certifications and structured go‑lives.
• Experience working in the GCC region is preferred; immediate availability (up to 30 days) is a plus.
