Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

The Trade Marketing Manager will lead initiatives that accelerate category growth for our brands through innovative customer engagement and equity‑building activities. You will be responsible for managing advertising and promotion (A&P) budgets, aligning sales and business partners, and ensuring trade investments deliver measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade investment plans, monthly initiatives and annual operating plans in coordination with business partners.
• Drive forecast accuracy and align sales priorities with brand objectives.
• Plan and launch new product introductions, overseeing sampling, branding, promotions and sponsorships.
• Conduct regular market visits, review execution gaps, and provide feedback to sales and partner teams.
• Monitor and evaluate ROI of all trade marketing activities, manage data analysis, and identify business opportunities and risks.
• Track competitor activity, manage OS allocation and visibility standards across channels.
• Handle claims, finance issues, and market credit settlement to ensure spend stays within budget.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 15 years overall experience with at least 8 years in trade marketing within FMCG or similar sectors.
• Extensive category knowledge and proven ability to drive growth.
• Experience in GCC markets is preferred.
