UI/UX Designer

About the role

A creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer is sought to build intuitive, visually appealing and functional digital experiences across websites, mobile apps and other platforms. The designer works with product managers, developers, marketing teams and other stakeholders to turn business objectives into usable design solutions, covering research, wireframing, prototyping, interface design and usability testing.

Key responsibilities

• Create intuitive interfaces and user experiences for websites, mobile apps and digital products
• Conduct user research, analyse user behaviour and improve usability and customer satisfaction
• Develop user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes
• Produce consistent designs aligned with brand guidelines, accessibility standards and product goals
• Use tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch to make concepts and high-fidelity prototypes
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs accurately and responsively
• Run usability tests, gather feedback and refine designs
• Maintain reusable components, design systems, UI libraries and documentation
• Review existing interfaces and prepare design presentations and handoff materials

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in graphic design, interaction design, digital media, HCI or a related field preferred
• Portfolio showing UI/UX projects, layouts, flows, prototypes and problem-solving
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability and interaction design
• Clear communication of design decisions and good teamwork and time management

Required skills

• Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
• Responsive web design, typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy
• User research methods, personas, journey mapping and usability testing
• Design systems and component libraries; basic HTML/CSS is an advantage
