Waiter/Waitress – Food & Beverage Service

About the role

Alila Jabal Akhdar is looking for a professional Waiter/Waitress to join its Food & Beverage team. You will deliver attentive, personalized service to guests while ensuring smooth restaurant operations that meet the hotel’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menu options and answer questions about food and beverage offerings.
• Take orders, accommodate special requests and preferences, and ensure accurate delivery.
• Set up and clear tables, maintain mise‑en‑place, and keep side stations organized.
• Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the dining area.
• Handle food, beverages and service equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues, and attend required training sessions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Guest‑focused, service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work according to business needs and operational requirements.
