Well Site Supervisor (Level I)

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an experienced Well Site Supervisor (Level I) to lead contractual operations at well sites in Oman. You will ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible execution of well services while coordinating with internal product service lines and third‑party subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day field operations at the well site, including move‑in, rig‑up, rig‑down, and move‑out of equipment.
• Coordinate work to meet engineered well designs and manage field operations to achieve time and cost objectives.
• Prepare daily 7‑day look‑ahead plans for equipment, materials, and personnel.
• Lead HSE activities, participate in audits, inspections, incident investigations, and ensure corrective actions are closed.
• Act as matrix manager for HSE and logistics personnel on location.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of rig‑site experience with at least three years in operational management.
• Current IADC or IWCF supervisory well‑control certification.
• High school diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of well services objectives and ability to protect health, safety, and the environment.

Required skills

• Well‑control supervision (IADC or IWCF certified).
