About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Clerk to support our finance department with a range of administrative and clerical tasks. The role ensures accurate processing of financial transactions and maintains organized records, contributing to the smooth operation of the finance function.
Key responsibilities
- Enter financial transactions and data accurately into the company’s financial systems.
- Verify completeness and correctness of financial records, including invoices, receipts and expense reports.
- Assist in processing supplier invoices, matching them with purchase orders and receiving documents, and preparing batches for approval and payment.
- Monitor and track expenses to ensure compliance with budgetary limits and support expense report processing and reimbursement.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, correspondence and scheduling for the finance team.
- Facilitate communication within the finance department and with other departments as needed.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner, adhering to hotel health, safety and environmental procedures.
