Assistant Front Office Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager for Six Senses Zighy Bay, a luxury resort that blends wellness, sustainability and unique experiences. Reporting to the Director of Rooms, you will help ensure the front office operates flawlessly, delivering the brand’s high standards of emotional hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all hotel facilities, room types, rates, packages and credit policies.
• Process advance deposits, manage guaranteed reservations, handle no‑shows and track future room availability.
• Determine room rates using the resort’s selling tactics and oversee reservation coding.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Guest Services, Housekeeping and F&B to ensure seamless guest arrivals and stay experiences.
• Supervise the guest history and profile system in partnership with the Reservations Manager.
• Enforce policies, procedures and best practices, promoting a cost‑focused culture.
• Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, financial, security and safety requirements.
• Support the Director of Rooms in rejuvenating the room experience and overall property operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of front office or guest services experience in a luxury hotel, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to live on‑site in a remote location for extended periods.
