Assistant Plant Operator

About the role

The Assistant Plant Operator supports daily plant operations by working closely with senior operators. This role ensures smooth production flow, equipment monitoring, and a safe working environment in an industrial setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in operating and monitoring plant machinery.
• Support maintenance and inspection activities.
• Handle material movement and perform basic operational tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
• Follow instructions from Plant Operators and supervisors.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of plant operations.
• Physically fit and able to work in an industrial environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adhere to safety standards.
• ITI / technical qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers with a technical background may also apply.
