Assistant Stewarding Manager – Staff Cafeteria

About the role

Join the pre‑opening team of a new lifestyle hotel in Jabal Akhdar and lead the staff cafeteria operations. As Assistant Stewarding Manager you will ensure that the hotel’s employees enjoy high‑quality, nutritious meals in a clean and safe environment, supporting the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the staff cafeteria.
• Supervise, coach and train cafeteria staff on food handling and safety procedures.
• Assist in menu planning to provide a varied, nutritious offering for staff.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies and keep accurate consumption records.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies.
• Address and resolve staff complaints or concerns promptly.
• Support administrative tasks such as shift scheduling and payroll management.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in a food‑and‑beverage environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
