Associate Manager – Monetization

About the role

The Associate Manager – Monetization supports the execution of monetization and marketing operations strategies for the Oman market. Working closely with the Monetization Manager and internal stakeholders, the role ensures local needs are reflected in the overall strategy while maintaining alignment with corporate guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day promotional activities and develop performance reports for the assigned country.
• Collect and analyse customer data on retention and engagement to maximise lifetime value.
• Support creation of marketing strategy reports, collating metrics to assess reach and ROI.
• Translate product value propositions into actionable business practices for existing and new offerings.
• Generate and evaluate ideas for customer acquisition and retention based on internal, customer and third‑party research.
• Develop business cases, implementation plans and coordinate cross‑departmental initiatives.
• Conduct market research to inform idea generation and business case development.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators against the country’s strategy.
• Develop performance reporting on core performance‑marketing metrics for monetization campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 + years of experience in a similar role; 1 + year in retail is preferred.
• Strong analytical and technical abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities.
