Contract Management Intern

About the role

As a Contract Management Intern you will support the Gas Services Project Management team at Siemens Energy. You will help manage contract documentation, maintain accurate records and contribute to improving contract administration processes while gaining exposure to project delivery in the energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing contract documentation and correspondence.
• Organise and maintain physical and digital contract records, ensuring completeness and accessibility.
• Document meeting minutes, track action items and support project meetings.
• Help develop contract templates, SOPs and verify data accuracy in management systems.
• Monitor contract milestones, deliverables and key deadlines.
• Research contract terms, obligations and compliance requirements.
• Map and review contract management processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collect and consolidate contract data for reporting and basic analytical reports.
• Provide general administrative and project support to the Contract Management team.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
• No prior professional experience required; internships, academic projects or extracurricular activities related to contract or project management are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive learning attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment.

• Familiarity with project management concepts.
• Documentation management and data collection abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written documentation skills.
