Digital Operations Manager

About the role

The Digital Operations Manager will own the commercial and operational performance of our remittance app in Oman, driving growth and ensuring the product remains competitive, compliant, and customer‑centric. You will act as the central liaison between Product, Marketing, Technology, and Customer Service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted transaction volume, revenue, and customer growth targets.
• Maintain competitive exchange rates and fees, coordinating with Treasury and liquidity providers.
• Monitor competitors and adjust pricing, campaigns, and roadshows to protect market share.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners and products, leading commercial negotiations and finalising agreements.
• Oversee the onboarding‑to‑transaction funnel, conduct UAT for new releases, and provide feedback to Product and Tech teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in digital operations, fintech or payments, with an overall 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with experience in MIS and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
