Engineering Graduate Internship Program

About the role

Join Siemens Energy as an Engineering Graduate Intern and gain hands‑on experience in logistics and tool coordination for critical outage activities. You will work closely with a Project Management team, supporting field service operations and learning how large‑scale energy services are delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate on‑site tool and equipment movements, including gate passes, tracking, and unloading.
• Facilitate site access by managing clearance procedures and escorting personnel, arranging urgent transport and logistics support.
• Prepare loading and shipment schedules with the Project Manager and maintain accurate logistics documentation.
• Support local procurement by assessing vendors and preparing tool inspection and compliance documents.
• Manage spare‑parts handovers, update inventory systems, and ensure parts availability.
• Assist with tool and equipment certification, keeping the regional tools catalog up to date.

Required profile

• Recent Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• No prior professional experience required; internship or academic project experience in operations/logistics is a plus.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive communication skills in English.
• Valid driving licence and medical fitness for on‑site work.
