Finance Director – Lead Financial Strategy & Operations

About the role

The Finance Director will shape and execute the financial strategy of International Seafood Company (ISFC), driving transformation into a globally competitive seafood business. Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior leader will oversee all finance functions, ensuring robust governance, profitability, and cash flow while supporting export growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans.
• Improve profitability, cash flow, working capital, and manufacturing cost structures.
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, risk management, and compliance.
• Oversee treasury, funding, taxation, audits, and ERP finance systems.
• Evaluate capital investments and strategic funding options.
• Provide financial performance insights and strategic advice to the CEO and Board.
• Build and lead a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce.
• Mandatory CPA, ACCA, ACA or CMA qualification; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of finance experience, including at least 7 years in senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, treasury, corporate finance, costing, FP&A and risk management.
• Experience in seafood, food processing, FMCG or manufacturing is preferred.
• Exposure to export‑oriented businesses, ERP systems and Board‑level reporting.
