Full-time Waitress – Muscat

About the role

This is a full‑time, on‑site Waitress position based in Muscat. You will be the first point of contact for guests, presenting menus, taking orders and ensuring a smooth dining experience. The role requires a friendly attitude, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus and take food and beverage orders.
• Set up, clear and clean tables promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
• Check dishes for quality and proper presentation before serving.
• Process payments and handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic work environment.
• Assist team members during peak hours and resolve service issues.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with courteous, attentive guest interaction.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as a waitress.
• Currently residing in Oman and available to start once selected.
