Graduate Electronics Engineer

About the role

Platform for Smart Manufacturing LLC (ECTRON) is seeking a Graduate Electronics Engineer to join its production team in Oman. This entry‑level position supports daily manufacturing operations, ensuring products are built safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily production activities to meet targets and delivery schedules.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse KPIs and contribute to continuous‑improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and manufacturing procedures.
• Lead production teams by assigning tasks, tracking progress and fostering teamwork.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse and Planning departments for smooth operations.
• Support initiatives aimed at productivity, cost reduction and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Energy Engineering.
• Fresh graduate (0–1 year of experience) with basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of quality‑control principles and HSE requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and pay attention to detail.
