Guest Experience Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor to join the pre‑opening team of our new Hotel Indigo property in Jabal Akhdar, Oman. In this role you will lead a team of guest service agents, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and personalized stay from arrival to departure. You will work closely with all hotel departments to deliver the brand’s promise of unique, locally‑inspired experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of guest service agents to provide attentive, personalized service.
• Handle guest requests, preferences and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, front desk and other departments to guarantee seamless operations.
• Train staff on service standards and motivate them to uphold Hotel Indigo’s high quality.
• Develop and implement innovative initiatives that enhance the guest experience and foster loyalty.
• Assist with administrative duties, documentation and reporting to maintain operational accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a hotel guest service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven leadership capability to motivate and guide a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
