Recreation Agent

About the role

As a Recreation Agent at Hotel Indigo, you will design and deliver engaging leisure experiences for guests staying at our unique mountain‑top resort in Jabal Akhdar, Oman. You will create a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere that encourages families and individuals to explore the local culture and enjoy on‑site amenities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute age‑appropriate recreational activities for guests, including children and families.
• Maintain a welcoming environment in the recreation area and promote participation in programs and special events.
• Manage inventory, equipment and budgets to ensure cost‑effective delivery of activities.
• Market revenue‑generating programs and collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, collect feedback and continuously improve the recreation experience.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance with all operational policies.

Required profile

• Degree in Recreation Management, Education or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recreation or leisure services within a luxury hotel or well‑established hotel brand.
• Proven ability to design and lead guest‑focused activity programs.
