Helix Consultant / Solution Architect (Remote)

About the role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a skilled Helix Consultant / Solution Architect to join our fully remote team. You will use your deep knowledge of the BMC Helix platform to design, implement, and optimise solutions that address client business challenges and drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse requirements for Helix‑based solutions.
• Design, customise, and deploy BMC Helix solutions that meet specific business needs.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation and best‑practice guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and ensure solution reliability.
• Stay current with Helix platform enhancements and industry trends.
• Facilitate client training sessions and workshops to maximise solution value.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a consultant or solution architect focused on Helix solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple remote projects, and engage effectively with clients.
