Innovation Manager

About the role

The Innovation Manager will lead Brinc’s portfolio of innovation programs, from design‑thinking workshops and hackathons to incubation and mentorship initiatives. The role blends program delivery, client consulting, and business development to drive measurable outcomes for corporate partners and startups.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage innovation programs such as workshops, sprints, hackathons, and incubation cycles.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery, client satisfaction and continuous improvement based on feedback and market trends.
• Collaborate with corporate clients to align programs with their strategic objectives.
• Develop curricula, methodologies and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Monitor program metrics, adjust delivery and report outcomes.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals, statements of work and pitch materials.
• Manage startup due‑diligence, sourcing of new deal flow and engagement of mentors, investors and corporate partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in innovation program management, accelerators, incubators or business development.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering innovative programs.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to align initiatives with organisational goals.
• Leadership and team‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Experience using HubSpot.
• Experience using Airtable.
• Strong IT skills.
