About the role
Join OMNI, Oman’s leading BPO provider, as a Junior Customer Service Agent focused on Hindi‑speaking customers. You will be part of a dynamic call‑center team delivering inbound and outbound support across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat interactions.
- Conduct outbound telesales campaigns to help clients grow their business.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide prompt, effective solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and exceed service expectations.
Required profile
- Fluency in Hindi (verbal) and strong English and Arabic communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and calm demeanor under pressure.
- Entry‑level candidates; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive training.
