Kenfix Technician

About the role

The Kenfix Technician ensures that all hotel facilities and equipment are operating safely and efficiently. Working on a dynamic hospitality environment, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of property assets to support guest comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facilities and equipment across the property.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
• Identify safety issues, take immediate corrective action, and report hazards.
• Perform touch‑up and minor maintenance work in assigned areas.
• Follow the Standard Operating Procedures Manual and departmental standards.
• Assist guests with information about property facilities in a helpful manner.
