Kitchen and Laundry Technician

About the role

The Kitchen and Laundry Technician ensures the smooth operation of both kitchen and laundry areas at Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort. You will be responsible for maintaining guest safety, addressing issues promptly, and supporting the overall hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Look after guest safety and resolve any guest issues quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete preventive maintenance activities according to hotel schedules.
• Maintain, store, and manage all tools provided by the hotel after each shift.
• Clean work areas thoroughly after tasks are finished.
• Follow all safety procedures while performing duties.
• Maintain effective communication with the Shift Leader at all times.
• Participate actively in the hotel’s energy‑conservation programs.
• Recommend and use environmentally friendly products where possible.
• Suggest cost‑saving ideas across the hotel, not limited to the Engineering Department.

Required profile

• Ability to follow safety procedures and hotel policies.
• Proactive attitude toward guest safety and issue resolution.
• Strong communication with supervisors and team members.
