About the role

Bin Al Sheikh Holding is seeking a motivated Leasing Executive to join its Oman branch at The Village. The role focuses on driving occupancy across residential and commercial assets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Market residential and commercial properties to attract prospective tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and present leasing options.
• Negotiate lease agreements and ensure timely execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain high occupancy levels and monitor portfolio performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of leasing experience in commercial and real‑estate properties.
• Proven track record handling commercial leasing transactions and portfolio management.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer‑service abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the Oman real‑estate market is highly preferred.
