Maintenance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our autonomous, preventive and predictive maintenance programmes. The role ensures equipment reliability, optimises maintenance costs and supports continuous improvement within the TPM framework.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, administer and continuously improve autonomous, preventive and predictive maintenance programmes.
• Select, implement and train users on maintenance systems such as CMMS.
• Coordinate vibration, oil, non‑destructive, ultrasonic and infrared analyses and other advanced detection activities.
• Review equipment design, installation, maintenance instructions and inspection checklists for adequacy.
• Analyse repair histories, cost data and failure reports to determine corrective, rebuild or overhaul actions.
• Lead failure‑analysis teams, identify root causes and recommend modifications or replacements.
• Maintain equipment history records to support work orders, preventive and predictive tasks and environmental compliance.
• Collaborate with operations to schedule inspections, prioritize repairs and minimise process impact.
• Conduct reliability studies, cost‑benefit reviews and support CAPEX and major maintenance projects.
• Develop training recommendations and involve production staff in inspection and lubrication tasks.

Required profile

• Strong background in industrial maintenance and reliability engineering.
• Experience with TPM, autonomous maintenance and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Proven ability to manage maintenance budgets and perform cost‑benefit analyses.
• Excellent analytical skills for root‑cause analysis and equipment performance monitoring.
