Marketing Manager

About the role

Jotun Paints is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for its decorative and protective paint segments in Oman. Reporting to the General Manager, you will join the local management team and play a pivotal role in strengthening brand presence and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies in partnership with the Sales Manager to ensure strong brand and product positioning.
• Drive regional segment marketing plans locally to meet growth and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the marketing team.
• Plan and execute marketing activities such as market research, product launches, advertising, and sales performance tracking.
• Collaborate on pricing and product strategies to increase market share and profitability.
• Manage budgets and oversee brand initiatives, including promotions, events, and campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, brand management, and product marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
• Proven people‑management experience.
• Ability to develop realistic business visions and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
• Excellent influencing and persuasion skills.
• Understanding of organizational dynamics and ability to navigate internal politics.
