Microsoft Power Platform Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our team in Qatar. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining business intelligence and automation solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create custom applications with Power Apps and automate business workflows using Power Automate.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and optimise DAX queries, data models, and SQL queries.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
• Perform data analysis, transformation, and ETL processes.
• Ensure performance optimisation and security compliance for all BI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboards, workflows, and applications.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of overall IT experience, with a strong focus on Power Platform development.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
