PC Technician & Custom PC Builder

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PC Technician and Custom PC Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about computer hardware, enjoys assembling high‑performance gaming and workstation systems, and stays current with industry trends.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and configure custom desktop PCs, ensuring component compatibility.
• Perform professional cable management and system organization.
• Install and configure Windows, drivers, BIOS updates, and required software.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Test system stability, temperatures, and overall performance before delivery.
• Advise customers on suitable components based on needs and budget.
• Maintain inventory and identify required components and accessories.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in PC building, hardware support, or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of major component brands (ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, ASRock, Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, Corsair, Kingston, Samsung, WD, Crucial, Cooler Master, Lian Li, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of hardware compatibility and system configuration.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
