Planning Engineer – Roads & Infrastructure Projects

About the role

AAW Consulting Engineers & Partners is seeking a Planning Engineer to join its upcoming roads and infrastructure projects in Oman. The role focuses on supporting project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and coordination activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera.
• Monitor progress against the schedule and report variances.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
• Assist in updating planning documents as project scope evolves.

Required profile

• Relevant project planning experience, preferably in roads or infrastructure.
• Understanding of construction project activities and scheduling principles.
• Strong coordination and reporting abilities.
• Good knowledge of progress monitoring techniques.
