Power BI Analytics Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Analytics Developer to join our team in Qatar. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable data visualisations and automated workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create Power Apps applications and automate business processes with Power Automate.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Develop and optimise DAX queries, data models, and SQL queries.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
• Perform data transformation, ETL processes, and ensure data quality.
• Monitor performance, enforce security compliance, and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of overall IT experience, with a strong focus on Power BI development.
• Hands‑on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in DAX, SQL, and data modelling concepts.
• Understanding of ETL processes and database management.
• Experience integrating Microsoft Power Platform with enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
