Project Coordinator – Operations & DOOH Campaigns

About the role

As a Project Coordinator you will act as the operational backbone of the Projects & Operations department, ensuring that digital‑out‑of‑home (DOOH) campaigns stay on schedule, documentation is accurate, and meetings run smoothly. You will work closely with Project Specialists, the Operations Manager and cross‑functional teams to support the delivery of impactful advertising initiatives. This position is ideal for an early‑career professional seeking structured mentorship and exposure to a fast‑moving ad‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for assigned projects, including tracking deliverables and maintaining version‑controlled documentation.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes and manage action logs.
• Compile data for reports and dashboards used by senior leadership.
• Assist with vendor administration, processing purchase orders and invoices.
• Develop project‑management competencies through a structured learning and development plan.

Required profile

• University degree in any discipline.
• Strong organisational and documentation abilities.
• Confidence in coordinating meetings and taking accurate minutes.
• Proactive mindset with sharp follow‑through on actions.
• Professional communication with internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within and outside Oman.
