Project Manager – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects in the construction and real‑estate sectors. The successful candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
• Define scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, WBS, schedules and resource allocation matrices.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures and enforce cost‑control measures.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, maintaining a risk register and contingency plans.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, steering committee reviews and stakeholder updates.
• Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards and executive summaries.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, resolve conflicts and foster collaboration.
• Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years managing projects valued at $1 M+.
• PMP certification required; Agile certifications are a plus.
• Proven ability to achieve on‑time delivery (>95 %), on‑budget performance (variance <5 %) and high stakeholder satisfaction (>4.5/5).
• Reports directly to the CEO and works primarily on‑site with occasional travel (up to 20 %).
