Property Consultant

About the role

Imtilak Global Real Estate is expanding its presence in Oman and seeks a motivated Property Consultant to join its Muscat office. The role focuses on connecting foreign investors with property opportunities across Oman, leveraging the company’s extensive network of developers, landlords, and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new leads, maintain consistent follow‑up, and convert prospects into closed deals.
• Maintain regular contact with developers, landlords, investors, and owners to identify and assess new opportunities.
• Manage lead pipelines, update follow‑up templates, and track all client communications.
• Generate new clients through personal contacts and a strong networking base.
• Arrange property viewings and present properties and amenities positively to prospective clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in the Oman real‑estate market.
• Excellent English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Resident of Muscat with a valid driving licence and private car.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
