Reservation Supervisor

About the role

The Reservation Supervisor will lead the reservations team at Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort, ensuring seamless handling of individual and group bookings while maximising revenue across all channels. This role supports the hotel’s sales objectives and maintains the highest standards of guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Process and confirm room and group reservations using the Opera system or equivalent.
• Maintain accurate rate structures, promotions, and availability on all online channels and CRS.
• Answer all incoming reservation calls in line with hotel standards and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
• Monitor daily reservation reports, perform 6 pm release actions, and follow guarantee procedures.
• Identify up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities and communicate sales leads to the reservations manager.
• Prepare and file reservation documents, manage fax correspondence, and ensure timely input of information.
• Assist the Reservations Manager with weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Support training sessions and adhere to all hotel and company policies, including credit policy compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera or similar hotel reservation systems.
• Experience using Central Reservation Systems (CRS) and managing rates/availability.
