About the role

This internship offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will represent the brand, support customers throughout their shopping journey, and contribute to store sales while learning essential retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock is attractively displayed.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process cash, card, and voucher payments accurately.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Adhere to loss‑prevention policies and maintain store security.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.

Required profile

• Presentable, well‑groomed, and customer‑focused.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and store procedures.
• Ability to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
