Business Development Director – International Student Programs & Education Partnerships

About the role

The Business Development Director will lead the expansion of DANA Elite's international education network, positioning Singapore as a premier destination for student exchange, cultural immersion and study tours. This commission‑based role requires a proactive, results‑driven approach to create sustainable partnerships with schools, universities, education agencies and parent groups worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and enter new international markets for Singapore‑based education programmes.
• Develop and negotiate strategic partnerships with overseas schools, universities, education agencies and community organisations.
• Recruit and manage cohorts of international students for holiday camps, study tours, exchange programmes and overseas education pathways.
• Collaborate with government‑linked bodies, corporate partners and local institutions to design high‑quality, culturally rich programmes.
• Drive revenue growth through commission‑based sales and partnership agreements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the education sector.
• Strong network of contacts in international schools, universities or education agencies.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
