Beauty Advisor

About the role

The Beauty Advisor represents the brand inside the store, driving sales through exceptional customer service and a strong retail experience. You will maintain visual standards, manage inventory, and ensure a welcoming environment for shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of cosmetics products and accessories.
• Provide personalized makeup recommendations and link customers to specific products.
• Handle POS transactions, process cash, credit cards, vouchers and issue accurate receipts.
• Maintain store layout, visual presentation, and housekeeping standards.
• Monitor stock levels, record inventory movements and minimize loss.
• Promote the company’s loyalty program and convert window shoppers into buyers.
• Stay vigilant about store security and adhere to loss‑prevention procedures.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of varied cosmetics brands and makeup application techniques.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with a presentable, well‑groomed appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including extended periods during sales or festivals.
