Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and meeting financial and performance targets. This role combines leadership, organization, and deep knowledge of the fashion retail market.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the store team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, club apparel, NPS and DSES goals.
• Maintain shrinkage below 0.2% of cost of sales and conduct regular financial and stock audits.
• Update and communicate the store dashboard, and uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Manage employee records, including leave, passports, performance history, and roster scheduling.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, back‑store operations, and merchandise replenishment.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing sales team while monitoring expenses and budgets.
• Implement security measures, enforce company policies, and ensure compliance.
• Communicate regularly with senior management and the back‑office team, providing updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and maintain relationships with mall management.
• Identify learning gaps, conduct training sessions, and create a pipeline for future store managers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a customer‑centric retail role.
• Strong leadership, management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven track record of enhancing customer engagement and exceeding sales KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
