Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the brand in a retail environment, driving sales while delivering exceptional customer service. This position supports visual merchandising, maintains store standards, and assists the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager with daily operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable products.
• Promote the loyalty program and convert window shoppers into buyers.
• Maintain attractive product displays according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Accurately record inventory movements and manage stock levels, especially for clearance items.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process payments, issue receipts, and balance the cash till.
• Ensure loss‑prevention policies are followed and store security is maintained.
• Re‑stock and re‑merchandise the sales floor to guarantee product availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in a sales or retail role is advantageous.
• Professional appearance, flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods, and up‑to‑date product knowledge.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating a POS system.
