Senior Architect – Enterprise & Network Architecture

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design and evolution of core telco systems, driving OSS/BSS transformation, cloud‑native migrations, and IT infrastructure modernization. The role combines enterprise architecture, network domain expertise, and strategic consulting for large‑scale projects across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern architectural standards using frameworks such as TOGAF and TM Forum Frameworx.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on 5G/6G Core, RAN, SDN/NFV, edge computing, and IoT ecosystems.
• Ensure seamless integration between IT and network domains, including network slicing, automation, and zero‑touch provisioning.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives and enterprise clients, shaping technology roadmaps and monetization strategies.
• Lead consulting engagements focused on operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and new digital revenue streams.
• Partner with sales and GTM teams to craft winning proposals for multi‑million‑dollar bids, RFPs, and RFIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 25 years of progressive telecom experience, with at least 10 years in senior enterprise architecture or CTO‑advisory roles.
• Proven consulting background with top‑tier firms (Big 4, MBB, or major tech consultancies) leading telco transformation programs.
• Demonstrated success in technical pre‑sales and large‑scale telecom/ICT deal closures.
• Relevant certifications highly desirable (TOGAF, TM Forum eTOM/SID/TAM, ITIL, AWS/Azure/GCP).
