Senior Planning Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Planning Engineer to lead the implementation of efficient work and outage management processes across our industrial clusters. The role focuses on continuous improvement, KPI monitoring and ensuring the fleet remains in the top global quartile throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and optimise work and outage management processes, aligning with corporate guidelines.
• Monitor, analyse and report cluster KPIs on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, highlighting variances and coordinating corrective actions.
• Prepare and circulate monthly MIS reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency of performance.
• Address audit observations related to planning and ensure timely closure.
• Implement maintenance strategies, including critical asset preventive‑maintenance alignment, SCD management and SPOF mitigation.
• Maintain and improve computerized maintenance management (CMMS) procedures and schedules.
• Coordinate outage planning with NMES, engineering, finance and supply‑chain to secure resources, critical spares and cost control.
• Capture post‑outage lessons learned and drive action plans for future improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in maintenance planning, outage management or similar industrial engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of KPI monitoring, MIS reporting and audit compliance.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
