Senior Property Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, customer‑focused Property Consultant to join our expanding real‑estate team in the UAE. The role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, building client relationships, and the property market. The company supplies leads and data support to help you maximise business opportunities and earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors and property owners.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales and leasing activities for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct client meetings, consultations and property viewings.
• Generate, follow up and close leads effectively.
• Stay updated on market trends and property inventory.
• Travel across Dubai and other Emirates as required.
• Deliver strong customer service and relationship management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in real estate, brokerage, sales, business development or other customer‑facing roles.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and sales abilities.
• Comfortable working in a commission‑driven environment.
• Willingness to travel across Emirates when needed.
