Store Manager – Hypermarket Chain (Muscat, Oman)

About the role

The leading hypermarket chain in Oman is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at its Muscat location. This permanent, full‑time position offers long‑term career growth and stability, with interview sessions scheduled at Vira International’s Mumbai office on 30 September and 1 October 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of store operations, ensuring smooth daily workflow.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with hypermarket policies, health & safety regulations, and financial procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in store or retail management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Good knowledge of hypermarket operations and inventory processes.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Oman.
