Beauty Advisor

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor for KIKO Milano Oman you will create memorable shopping experiences, share your beauty expertise and help customers discover products that make them feel their best. You will bring energy, creativity and a passion for beauty to every interaction while contributing to the store’s overall success.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a warm, positive shopping environment.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable makeup, skincare and fragrance products.
• Demonstrate product usage, teach new looks and techniques.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Introduce customers to new launches, collections and promotional offers.
• Build strong relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, displays and tester areas.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an excellent overall store experience.

Required profile

• Omani nationality.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Passion for beauty, makeup and skincare.
• Previous experience in beauty or retail is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Confident, positive and sales‑driven attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment, including weekends and public holidays.
• Professional appearance and strong team spirit.

Required skills

• Product knowledge of makeup and skincare.
• Ability to demonstrate and explain beauty techniques.
