Technical Support Engineer - Cementing

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer specialized in cementing to join our Pressure Pumping team. You will provide expert technical assistance to service delivery and sales teams throughout the job lifecycle, ensuring flawless execution and continuous improvement of our cementing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for cementing technologies, supporting field operations via online tools, phone calls and technical documentation.
• Provide 24/7 critical‑operation support and raise alerts for unfamiliar technical issues.
• Document best practices, case histories and lessons learned in the knowledge‑management database.
• Follow up on field failures that require technology involvement and share learnings across the organization.
• Coach and mentor junior technical resources.
• Communicate issues and lessons learned to Engineering and Technology teams.
• Participate in special projects and PL‑specific responsibilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of cementing experience in oilfield services.
• 10+ years using CemFacts, CemVision and IsoVision.
• 10+ years with foam cementing systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven capability to develop and mentor small technical teams.
• Understanding of P/L technology and service‑delivery requirements.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 service environment on an agreed shift schedule.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
